Lady Gaga’s father, Joe Germanotta, has taken a stand against migrants residing near his Upper West Side home and restaurant. Germanotta claims that their presence has led to issues such as prostitution and disruptive behavior, NYPost reported.

Germanotta, 66, is compiling a list of grievances from local residents to present to lawmakers, the NYPD, and homeless services. He resides in The Pythian building on West 70th Street, where he raised his daughters, including the pop star.

Around six weeks ago, the Stratford Arms Hotel near Germanotta’s residence was transformed into a shelter for hundreds of migrants. Since their arrival, the area has reportedly experienced disturbances, including impromptu block parties, prostitution, catcalling, and unruly motorized vehicles.

Germanotta and neighboring residents formed the West 70th Street Association to advocate for increased policing and better supervision of the migrants. They assert that the situation has negatively impacted property values and neighborhood cohesiveness.

The presence of migrants has allegedly resulted in disturbances ranging from noisy nights to public safety concerns. Germanotta and the association are seeking a written plan from officials to restore order to the neighborhood.
