Kolar was expected to float back on the water after performing the 30-foot jump, but didn’t do so. Videos of the incident shared by users on social media show his fellow cast members dragging him out of the water, visibly unconscious after he did not surface on his own.

‘It was a full house, like it happened in front of everyone,” Daisy Anguiano, who was among the audience and witnessed the incident unfolding, told ABC7. She said that the stuntman fell from one of the high-rise towers of Universal Studios according to a planned act which, they later realized, had gone horribly wrong.
