Rapper Busta Rhymes hurled a drink at a female fan after she allegedly tried to touch his behind. The video of the incident went viral on social media.

The video showed Busta walking through the Las Vegas Convention Center during the MAGIC Fashion Trade Show when a female fan creeps up from his backside and grabs his butt. Busta turned around, seemed upset and immediately tossed a drink in her direction before staring her down.

The Shade Room identified the woman as Nikita Mathis. She is the owner of Platinum Plus Fashions Boutique, The Shade Room reported.

The woman seemed as if she was smiling or laughing before the altercation. However, her later reaction wasn’t caught on camera.

Following the incident, the woman spoke out. In an interview with The Shade Room, Nikita Mathis said she wanted to get a photo with Busta and didn’t intend to touch him, accepting it was an honest mistake. “I felt like I could possibly get a pic cuz he had,” she said explaining the incident.

Earlier in 2015, Busta was arrested on second-degree assault charges when he threw a protein drink at a Manhattan gym worker. The charge was downgraded from a crime after he pleaded guilty to harassment. As part of the guilty plea, he agreed to attend anger management classes.

Busta had most recently performed as part of the 50th-anniversary tribute to hip-hop at the Grammys. He joined Spliff Starr for “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” and his verse from Chris Brown’s “Look at Me Now.”

Many users also noted that if the characters were reversed and this was a woman who was a legendary artist being groped by a man, people would be up in arms.
