An American OnlyFans star and Kim Kardashian lookalike died of a heart attack while recovering from a plastic surgery treatment.
American model Christina Ashten Gourkani, also known online as Ashten G, passed away last Thursday in a hospital as she was healing from surgery.
Who was Christina Ashten Gourkani?
Born in 1989, Christina Ashten Gourkani was an OnlyFans model. She went by a stage name – Ashten G.
The 34-year-old model frequently uploaded her modeling photos to her 618,000-follower Instagram account.
She passed away on April 26, 2023 after a plastic surgery procedure.

‘It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy, broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate and unexpected passing of our beautiful, beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani,’ her family stated.
The statement continued by describing the terrifying moment when someone yelled, “Ashten is dying, Ashten is dying!” to Christina’s family at 4.30 am.
After thereafter, the family representative recalled the ‘living horror’ of seeing her condition deteriorate in the hospital after her cardiac arrest.

Magdalene, a plastic surgery junkie who nearly died trying to achieve the ‘world’s fattest vagina,’ wrote about Christina:
‘I don’t know her, [but] I would always just randomly see her on Instagram and think she was really pretty but that is so sad she just died from plastic surgery. It is so scary because you really just never know when you’re going to die from [risky procedure].’
Gourkani’s family set up a GoFundMe page. The page described her as – ” A caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face. She was the kind of person that would kneel down and talk to children at eye level, she searched for the lonely person in the corner and made them feel special as she has such a gift of connecting with people. On many occasions I’ve seen her turn her adversaries into life long friends just after 10 seconds of pouring her charismatic joy, positive energy and her beautiful smile that she gave to those around her. Ashten’s spirit is a light that will forever carry on to her loved ones around her and those that she has left behind.”
