actor Gael Garcia Bernal is all set to appear in the upcoming Marvel Studios’
Halloween special currently in the works at Disney Plus, according to Variety.
There are no exact details yet on the plot or title of this special, but it is
thought that Bernal’s character may have been based on Werewolf by Night.
has two distinct characters — Jake Russell and Jake Gomez. Both men were
capable of transforming themselves into werewolves at will, while maintaining
their own human ingenuity. The special is expected to begin production in early
preliminary announcement raises a lot of speculation among fans and critics,
one possibility is that this special may be somehow associated with Marvel’s
Blade. But either guess, this is a real shooting guess because we know nothing
about Marvel’s Blade, and it won’t last long. Earlier this year, production of
the film was postponed to July 2022. Marvel’s Eternals will finally be
scheduled to be released in theatres on November 5, 2021.
He is just
42 years old, and his career goes back a few decades: his most notable film
role was under the likes of Pedro Almodóvar in Bad Education of 2004, and his
Mexican counterpart Alfonso Cuarón in Y tu mamá también 2001 (also known in
English as Your Mother To). He was nominated for BAFTA for his role in Walter
Salles’ The Motorcycle Diaries in 2005, and in 2016 won his first Golden Globe
by playing Rodrigo in Mozart in the Jungle.
recently, Bernal starred in Old by M. Night Shyamalan, Ema by Pablo Larraín and
Olivier Assayas’ Wasp Network. He will next appear in HBO’s post-apocalyptic
literary adaptation of Station Eleven’s post, scheduled to be released on
Halloween special will be produced “early in 2022,” which we think means it
will play in the 2022 Halloween season.
