The Gujarat Titans lead the IPL 2022 points table with eight wins in nine matches. They have 14 points in their kitty and a couple more wins could ensure them of a spot in the playoffs. Hardik Pandya and co take on the Punjab Kings at the DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai on Tuesday. 

On the other hand, the Punjab Kings, placed seventh on the table with eight points in nine games, look to get more consistent. Their middle-order and finishing woes have time and again affected the results. While the likes of Mayank Agarwal, Liam Livingstone, Jonny Bairstow and Shikhar Dhawan have shown glimpses of form, consistency is an issue.

PBKS come to this game after facing a 20-run defeat against the Lucknow Super Giants. 

The team to beat this season is the Gujarat Titans. Skipper Hardik Pandya, their top-scorer with 308 runs, has faced defeat only once. A win will make them the first side to enter the play-offs.

For GT, the likes of Rahul Tewatia, David Miller, Rashid Khan and skipper Hardik Pandya have produced match-winning performances regularly.
