As the investigation into the Bulli Bai app case continues, new information regarding the main perpetrator, Niraj Bishnoi, a 21-year-old Assamese engineering student, has surfaced. Niraj stated on Saturday that he had been hacking and defacing websites not only of Indian institutions but also of Pakistani organisations.

He also said that he began hacking at an early age and has been doing so since he was 15 years old. Niraj was detained on suspicion of creating the Bulli Bai app, which auctioned off images of Muslim women.

Niraj used to be devoted to his computer all the time, according to his father, and his family had no idea what he was up to. However, he claimed that once Niraj’s computer was confiscated, he had to see his school principal on multiple occasions, despite the fact that he had no knowledge of what his kid was doing on the computer.

During his interrogation, authorities discovered that Niraj is a serial offender who was active during the Sulli Deals investigation and used five different Twitter identities. According to police, he has claimed to have hacked websites.

The following Twitter handles have been identified, which are @giyu2002, @giyu007, @giyuu84, @giyu94 and @giyu44. One of these accounts, @giyu2002, has been linked to one FIR filed in the Kishangarh police station in South West Delhi. DCP IFSO special cell, KPS Malhotra, claimed Bishnoi, under the Twitter handle @giyu2002, had made vulgar comments and talked about women’s auctions.

Bishnoi constructed a phoney profile of a girl and tried to interact with the investigative agency as a news reporter while the Sulli Deals inquiry was ongoing. He was allegedly attempting to spread false information, according to police. As three students were arrested in the Bulli Bai case, Bishnoi claimed on Twitter that he was the mastermind and lied about his location by claiming to be in Nepal.

Niraj allegedly intended to gain attention, and there’s a chance he was involved in the Sulli Deals case. Niraj admitted to the crime and expressed pride in the app he built.
