Days after Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their second pregnancy, US talk show host Oprah Winfrey is set to interview the duo about their lives, their decision to step back from their royal duties and the issues with media, public pressure and privacy, according to a report by BBC. Officially named “Oprah With Meghan And Harry: A CBS Primetime Special” is scheduled to be broadcasted on March 7.
The couple moved to the United States last year after announcing their departure from the royal family.

As per the structure of the interview, Meghan will talk about her personal life, and further about “stepping into life as a royal, marriage, motherhood” and “how she is handling life under intense public pressure,” followed by Harry joining them in the conversation.

This would be the first time that Duke and Duchess would talk publicly about their lives after they stepped back from being senior royals at the Buckingham Palace in 2020.
Oprah Winfrey is known to be a close friend of Meghan and was among the few people invited to the royal wedding.
The Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the news of the interview.
