With the coronavirus pandemic raging, Republic Day will be observed with a variety of limitations set by the government, and the audience will be substantially reduced.
“We are promoting people to watch in the online format. The audience numbers will be curtailed so that they don’t become super-spreaders. The number would be between 5000-8000,” a top Defense Ministry official stated earlier this month.

The Republic Day parade will be delayed by 30 minutes this year so that spectators can see it better. The event will begin at 10:30 am, according to the official.

From Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s visit to the National War Memorial outside India Gate through the completion of the march, the parade will be live-streamed on Doordarshan’s YouTube channel. On Doordarshan’s YouTube channel, you may watch the procession live-streamed.

The Republic Day Parade in 2022 will be live-streamed on news networks such as DD National.
