Wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant on Saturday left Team India’s bio-bubble in Kolkata as part of the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) rotation and workload management policy, news agency PTI reported.
Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli was also allowed to leave the bio-bubble earlier today. Both Kohli and Pant have been given a 10-day break and have left for their respective homes.

Pant and Kohli will both miss the upcoming third and final T20I against the West Indies on Sunday, as well as the upcoming series against Sri Lanka in the shortest format.
India will host Sri Lanka for a three-match T20Is series starting February 24 in Lucknow, with two games set to be played in Dharamsala on February 26 and 27.
The pair, who both scored fifties in the second T20I against the Windies at the Eden Gardens to help India clinch the three-match series 2-0 with a win by eight runs.
Both players are set to return for the two-match Test series, starting March 4 in Mohali, with the second encounter to be played in Bengaluru from March 12-16.

“Yes, Kohli and Pant both had left home on Saturday morning as India have already won the series,” a senior BCCI official privy to the development told PTI on the condition of anonymity.
“As it has been decided by BCCI, it will be a policy to give all the regular all format players periodic breaks from the bubble to ensure that their workload management and mental health is taken care of.”

Test specialists like Mayank Agarwal, R Ashwin, Hanuma Vihari will all enter the bubble in Chandigarh at the end of the month along with Kohli and Pant.
The match at Mohali will be Kohli’s landmark 100th Test and the BCCI wants him to be fit and fresh for the momentous occasion.
Both Kohli and Pant have played most of the games from the start of the South Africa tour.
