DCM Shriram: DCM Shriram has accepted the proposal to buy 17,32,500 equity shares of Shriram Axiall (SAPL) at Rs10 apiece from Axiall LLC USA, representing the whole 50% holding owned by Axiall LLC in SAPL. Joint venture Shriram Axiall has a 50:50 stake.

KNR Constructions: It was announced that KNR Constructions received a  Letter of Acceptance for Hyderabad Growth Corridor (HGCL) – widening of existing service roads from Nanakramguda to TSPA and Narsingi to Kollur and BT Overlay of Bitumen pavement from Gachibowli to Shamshabad of Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad. The contract has a value of Rs 312.79 crore and is expected to be completed within 15 months of signing the agreement.
