Actor Yash’s blockbuster movie, ‘KGF: Chapter 1’ that wooed the
audience with its action sequences is all set to re-release in theatres
after the lifting of the lockdown that had forced multiplex and theatres
across the country to stay shut for months.

Filmmaker
Ritesh Sidhwani, the co-producer of the KGF franchise, announced the
re-release of ‘KGF: Chapter 1’ a tweet.

“Mask, Distance, Action! Catch
the re-release of #KGFChapter1 at cinemas near you between 23rd-29th October” he
tweeted on Friday.

Government lifted restrictions on
movie theatres from October 15 with certain restrictions.

‘KGF’ became a colossal success post its
first release in 2018 and film will be screened at PVR,
Inox and Cinepolis theatres for a week starting from October 23.

The sequel
of the Prashant Neel’s directed humongous hit has already stirred up excitement in fans with Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt playing the chief antagonist.

The shooting for the second
part of the blockbuster movie, however has just resumed after a long delay due
to COVID-19 restrictions.
