Who doesn’t love a nice fluffy slice of freshly baked bread! After all, nothing goes better with every kind of breakfast delight, including jam, milk, eggs, cutlets than bread. Even better would be if one were to bake a healthy and gluten-free loaf of it. 

We all love bread, after all it is one of the easiest breakfast delights that can be clubbed with Celebrity nutritionist Pooja Makhija recently shared a gluten-free bread recipe that requires basically just 3 ingredients. Her caption read, “I love my carbs ok! But in case you are avoiding them or trying to cut gluten then this could be an easy, super quick bread you can bake yourself in 90 seconds!!!” She further adds that you can “add some herbs for more flavour or cinnamon if you want to enjoy it with nut butter or even some seeds for added crunch.” Here’s the recipe and its benefits.

To whip this super fluffy and healthy bread, all you need is 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp butter, and a pinch of salt. 

Mix well in a cut and folding manner, microwave for 90 seconds and your gluten-free warm and soft bread is ready!

Benefits of gluten-free bread
