Rajasthan Royals (RR) have added a new look to their outfit as they revealed a newly designed jersey for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in a video clip on social media platforms on Sunday.
The Royals uncovered the team and their new addition to the kit for the season 14 of IPL in a grand manner in their 4-minute video that features the new jersey and their preparation of the game.
The most noticeable change in the jersey is the elimination of leaf patterns on the chest that was there in the last season. It now predominantly is a blue T-shirt with shades of pink in the collar, end of sleeves and bottom of the shirt.
RR earlier teased the unfolding of the new kit with a short clip that featured their skipper. Due to the pandemic restrictions, the ceremony was attended only virtually by the players and support staff in their bio-bubbles.

“The new jersey looks epic. Colours are strong, colours are bold. And yeah, it’s going to be exciting to put that jersey on again” said Chris Morris.
Their wicket-keeper and batsman Manan Vohra emphasised on making the fans proud, “We look to make our fans proud”.
The champions of 2008 will be looking forward to repeating their heroics from 2008 going into IPL 2021 with a new and young-looking squad who will be led by a young skipper.
