The%20mega%20recruitment%20drive%20organised%20by%20Indian%20Railways%20is%20going%20to%20be%20carried%20out%20in%20three%20phases%2C%20starting%20from%2015th%20December%2C%202020.%20The%2021%20Railway%20Recruitment%20Boards%20%28RRBs%29%20through%20this%20drive%20will%20fill%20up%20about%201.4%20lakh%20vacancies%20in%20which%20more%20than%202.44%20Crore%20candidates%20will%20be%20appearing%20in%20different%20cities%20across%20the%20country.%20The%20second%20phase%20of%20exam%2C%20i.e.%20CEN%2001/2019%20%28NTPC%20categories%29%20will%20start%20from%20December%2028th%2C%202020%20to%20tentatively%20till%20March%2C%202021%2C%20according%20to%20the%20press%20release%20by%20Ministry%20of%20Railways.
RRBs%20have%20made%20extensive%20preparations%20for%20conducting%20examinations%20of%20this%20large%20scale%20in%20COVID-19%20pandemic%20times%20following%20SOPs%20as%20laid%20down%20by%20Government%20ensuring%20social%20distancing%2C%20compulsory%20use%20of%20masks%2C%20sanitizers%2C%20curtailing%20shifts%20for%20conducting%20Exams%20to%20only%20two%20shifts%20per%20day.%20Efforts%20are%20being%20made%20by%20RRBs%20to%20ensure%20that%20as%20far%20as%20possible%20the%20candidates%20are%20accommodated%20in%20their%20own%20State%20so%20that%20they%20can%20reach%20their%20Exam%20centres%20by%20undertaking%20overnight%20journey.%20Female%20and%20PWD%20candidates%20are%20accommodated%20within%20their%20home%20states.
However%2C%20considering%20skewed%20distribution%20of%20candidates%20area%20wise%2C%20there%20will%20be%20unavoidable%20inter%20state%20movements.%26nbsp%3B%20Railways%20will%20be%20running%20special%20exam%20trains%20to%20cater%20to%20travel%20requirements%20of%20the%20candidates%2C%20wherever%20required%20and%20feasible.
Candidate%20have%20to%20produce%20COVID-19%20self%20declaration%20in%20prescribed%20format%20at%20the%20entry%20and%20in%20absence%20of%20the%20same%20he/she%20will%20not%20be%20allowed%20into%20the%20exam%20venue.%20Proper%20arrangement%20of%20crowd%20management%20will%20be%20made%20as%20per%20COVID-19%20protocol%20from%20the%20Main%20Gate%20to%20the%20Exam%20Labs.%20After%20each%20shift%20the%20exam%20centre%20will%20be%20sanitized%20before%20starting%20another%20shift.
