Ivana Knoll, entrepreneur and former Miss Croatia, has been taking Qatar stadiums by storm with her stunning dresses during Croatia’s matches in the World Cup.
She was quoted by the German press saying that she will go naked if Croatia win the FIFA World Cup 2022. With Croatia set to take on Argentina on Tuesday, many eyes would have been on her if she had not clarified later that she was actually misquoted by the German press.
When Croatia won their quarter-final match-up with Brazil earlier, Knoll’s promise of going naked if Croatia were to win was widely reported in the media. She has been wearing red and blue checkered clothes – the colour of the Croatia flag, and when a German journalist asked about what her reaction will be if Croatia wins the World Cup: She said: ” If that happens..the flag will fall..”
She later posted an Instagram story in which she clarified in mixed English and German that she never said anything along those lines.
“Fake news; The lies of the media. I don’t take off my shirt if Croatia wins the championship,” she said. ” I will not get naked if Croatia wins the World Cup. Thank you.”

Who is Ivana Knoll?
Ivana Knoll was born on September 16, 1992, in Frankfurt, Germany. Both her parents are Croats, and after spending the first seven years of her life in the German city, they moved to Bosnia and Herzegovina where she spent most of her late childhood years. Currently, the 30-year-old is a resident of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
She attended the Yangon American International School and then joined the University of Rijeka for her graduation. She started modeling at a very young age and rose to fame as an internet personality on social media. She has over 2 million followers on Instagram and also owns a fashion brand called ‘knolldoll’.
