The first-ever Slim Jim Battle Royal has been scheduled for this SummerSlam weekend by WWE. The match’s regulations are straightforward. Superstars will enter the match in a predetermined number at once. A Superstar can only be eliminated by being thrown from above the top rope and having both of his feet land at ringside.

There will be more eliminations until there is just one man left in the ring. That Superstar will be declared the winner of the Slim Jim Battle Royal at WWE SummerSlam 2023. The fact that WWE was able to work out a sponsorship deal with Slim Jim makes it appear as though this match was scheduled at the last minute. A recent example of a special match held by WWE for a sponsor was the Mountain Dew Pitch Black match between LA Knight and Bray Wyatt at Royal Rumble 2023.
LA Knight and Sheamus were revealed as the match’s first two competitors as soon as WWE announced the SummerSlam Battle Royal Match. Shinsuke Nakamura and Tomasso Ciampa made their involvement known on Raw the next week. Wrestlers were booked and made public on social media without the match’s final participant count being confirmed.
