Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty, who is facing probe in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, has denied knowing Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra minister Aaditya Thackeray. Responsding to a question during a television interview, Rhea said she has never met Aaditya Thackeray.

“There is a call log that was leaked. It has the name AU – my friend Anaya Udhas. I don’t know Aaditya Thackeray. I have only seen him on TV. I am being treated worse than a terrorist,” the 28-year-old actor said.

Quoting Rhea Chakraborty’s leaked call details record (CDR), media reports had claimed that the actor was in touch with someone named ‘AU’ in her phonebook and had made repeated calls to the said person.

Rhea Chakraborty was summoned on Friday by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for questioning in the case.

The CBI team, which is in Mumbai since the last eight days to investigate the Sushant death case, on Thursday recorded the statement of her brother Showik Chakraborty. The recording of statement lasted for more than eight hours, news agency PTI reported.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was found dead in his Bandra flat on June 14.
