Michael Strahan, former NFL star, is set to board Blue Origin’s next space flight alongside Laura Shepard Churchley, eldest daughter of Alan Shepard – the first American in space. The flight will take off on December 9.
The flight is set to be Jeff Bezos-owned Blue Origin’s 19th. The company announced that it will carry six people for the first time, and will also include the first parent-child pair to fly in space – Lane and Cameron Bess. The other two passengers are Space industry executive and philanthropist Dylan Taylor and Bess Ventures founder Evan Dick.
