A New York Giants fan through and through, the former president was seen entering the stadium wearing a Giants cap.

One reporter on Twitter said that the local police were pulling cars over and checking the trunks for security at the Meadowlands in the morning. It was made clear only later that the security check was because of the former president’s scheduled appearance.

Social media was abuzz with seeing Clinton at Sunday’s NFL game. Aware of his allegiance in the NFL, one fan wrote on Twitter: “You know who he’s rooting for.”

“The hat looks like one they give a draft pick who puts it on lightly so they don’t mess up their hair,” another fan joked.

“Eagles watch out Bill Clinton could become the lucky charm today for the Giants just sayin’,” another fan said warning the Eagles.

However, the charm seemed to be not working quite so well as the Giants trailed by a whooping 27-14 lead at the end of the third quarter. With almost double the lead for the Eagles, can Bill Clinton help the Giants manage a win from this position?

Although it is unlikely, the NFL is a game of possibilities and huge turnovers are not at all impossible. Being a Giants fan, the former president would certainly be hoping for a miracle here on.
