Jamie Foxx was seen for the first time in public on Sunday since his hospitalization due to a mysterious disease.

TMZ exclusively obtained footage where he was seen out and about in public since his hospitalization, suggesting that his recovery was going quite well. He was seen cruising along on a mega-boat on the Chicago River looking happy to see his fans. Another cruise passed him by, giving him a big greeting. Foxx waved back. He was also seen doing the peace sign.

He also hit the Topgolf driving range over the weekend. He was in Naperville, Illinois Saturday, with a golf club in hand, showing off his firm grip and range of motion. Many eyewitnesses said he had a very strong swing.

One of them also told TMZ that “he was walking regular, not dragging his leg. His arm movement was definitely good,” adding, “He was just regular Jamie.” According to the publication, the Topgolf driving range is located near the rehab facility where Foxx has been recovering from his medical emergency.

Despite the couple of videos published by TMZ, internet trolls continue to allege that it was actually Foxx’s body double who was in all the photos and not Foxx himself.

Here are some of the reactions online:

Conspiracy theories and unconfirmed reports regarding Foxx’s health have been going around since his hospitalization. Back in June, a rumor went viral that Foxx has got a blood clot in his brain, and was left blind, and paralyzed due to Covid vaccine.

The bizarre rumor started when OK! Magazine did a story on the actor, who was hospitalized in April due to a “medical complication.” Although details regarding his condition were never revealed and the actor presently recuperates in rehab, after being discharged from the hospital, this magazine claimed some gruesome details about Foxx’s condition.

Hollywood journalist A.J. Benza claimed that Foxx was left”partially paralyzed and blind,” in addition to a series of other complications after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, after speaking to a source close to the Django Unchained star.

“Jamie had a blood clot in his brain after he got the shot. He did not want the shot, but the movie he was on, he was pressured to get it,” the podcaster, who is a former columnist for the New York Daily News said during an appearance on Dr. Drew Pinsky’s online show, Ask Dr. Drew.

“The blood clot in the brain caused him at that point to be partially paralyzed and blind,” Benza alleged. “I am thinking, ‘Is that why he blew up on the set a week before this medical emergency happened? Is that why he fired three or four people because he had had it with these mandates?’”
