The American model and
television personality, Holy Madison opened up about her dysmorphia that she
experienced while living in the Playboy Mansion.  She shared a recent TikTok video suggesting
that being worried about her body, her own self just wasn’t worth it. She made
that video after she came across an old picture of hers wherein she was wearing
one of the infamous
costumes that the Playboy Bunnies used to wear.That picture made her nostalgic
of the time  in which she felt  insecure about her appearance.

“It reminded me of a moment in my
life where I was watching a playback of myself in a fashion show and I thought
‘Oh my god, I need to lose weight,” Madison said it out loud in front of her 1
Million Fans. She conveyed that she was talking about it socially because she
felt it might help other people to gain their confidence. Britney told her
audience that worrying
bout how she looked had gotten in her way of living her best life and being as
joyful as she could be. She was in the hope that people would pause whatever they
are doing and give it a real thought.

went on to say “it’s not worth it. It’s not worth feeling bad about
yourself. There are things we all want to improve about ourselves that it’s not
even worth taking the time to be miserable.”

She told she
was extremely conscious about her body in her past and reflected on how
differently she feels about her younger self.

Madison’s
audience showed her huge amout of support and thanked her for highlighting such
an important aspect of life.

“Being
thin and being happy are two totally different things!! Love that you are putting
things like this out there to help people!” one person commented.

Another wrote, “You have NO idea how much I needed to hear
this. I was crying because I feel fat and didn’t want to go out with friends.
Thank you so much!”

Holy Madison
