The Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting Systems (ACARS) tried to alert the Delta Crew in Atlanta by sending a message that a passenger in seat 13A “is breastfeeding a cat and will not put the cat back in its carrier when [flight attendant] requested.”
The Delta’s Red Coat team was requested by the Delta employees, to meet the uncooperative and unaccommodating pet-owner upon landing.
The Delta Red Coats team is described as the “elite airport customer service experts, identifiable by their bright red coats. They are specially trained to handle on-the-stop customer issues,” by the airlines.

A TikTok video was shared on November 13, by a flight attendant named Ainsley Elizabeth, which described the bizarre incident.
“This woman had one of those, like, hairless cats swaddled up in a blanket so it looked like a baby,” Ainsley Elizabeth said in her video “Her shirt was up and she was trying to get the cat to latch and she wouldn’t put the cat back in the carrier. And the cat was screaming for its life.”
She also added that the “security met the flight and asked her to stop.”
