The US department of justice on Friday booked 15 people pertaining to their involvement in the January 6 attack on the US Capitol building but the reports, the social media posts and deep rooted violence streak in the brains of pro-Trump individuals tells a different story–that the threat of a similar attack is not obliterated as Joe Biden’s inauguration approach.

“We are seeing chatter from these white supremacists, from these far-right extremists — they feel emboldened in this moment. We fully expect that this violence could actually get worse before it gets better,” CNN reported Jonathan Greenblatt, the CEO of the Anti-Defamation League, which tracks and counters hate as saying.

According to CNN, John Scott-Railton, a senior researcher at the Citizen Lab — a group at the University of Toronto that monitors cyber security, raised deep and terrible concerns regarding Biden’s swear in ceremony.

The apprehensions however are quite justified and well backed by the approach the so called extremists of the US are inching forward with. As quoted by CNN, removal of Trump means war and they are ready to go lengths to make sure peace doesn’t restore.

Trump or war. Today. That simple.”, “If you don’t know how to shoot: You need to learn. NOW.” “We will storm the government buildings, kill cops, kill security guards, kill federal employees and agents, and demand a recount, CNN quoted various Trump supporters as saying.

Nevertheless, US President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-President elect Kamala Harris are slated to swear into office on January 20 outside the Capitol building with augmented and highly sensitised security arrangements in place.
