A person impersonating former President Donald Trump appeared outside the Manhattan court on Tuesday, ahead of the 45th POTUS arriving at the venue for his arraignment in the Stormy Daniels hush money case.
From Monday night the press has been waiting in line to get inside the Manhattan DA building for Trump’s arraignment, which is scheduled to take place in the afternoon on Tuesday. Mistaking the impersonator to be Trump himself, many of the people in the press pool gathered around him.

The impersonator had put on a blond wig and was doing his best to imitate Trump. “That’s right, look at that. Look at this woman… international… where you from sweetheart? Japan! We got Japan! The whole world is here to support Donald Trump. And we’re gonna see it through. We are gonna win so big,” he said talking to a reporter. He then turned around and pointed to another reporter saying, “Look at this guy. Dominican right? Do we love the Dominicans? Unbelievable.”

Donald Trump is the first past president in US history to face criminal charges. According to Insider, a Manhattan grand jury has charged Trump and Joe Tacopina, his attorney. His conviction will probably prevent him from running for president in 2024 in a third consecutive election.
The Manhattan district attorney’s office spent years looking into Trump’s business transactions and whether he broke any laws when his lawyer gave Stormy Daniels $130,000. This resulted in the indictment.
Daniels claims that she had an affair with Trump in the 2000s and that she was paid by him and his attorney Michael Cohen to remain silent during the 2016 presidential campaign. Trump approved of the payment, according to Cohen, who accepted a plea agreement with the prosecution.
Trump has said there was never a relationship and that he did “absolutely nothing wrong,” accusing the investigation of being politically driven.
