Former President Donald Trump was booked at Fulton County Jail in Georgia on August 24 in the 2020 Georgia election case. He was released after the proper booking process and after taking his mugshot.
The image of Donald Trump, wearing a stern and defiant expression as he faced the camera at the Fulton County Sheriff’s office, has become the talk of the town.
This mugshot marked an unprecedented occurrence as it was the first-ever taken of a former United States president. Astonishingly, this was Trump’s fourth arrest within a span of just five months.
In a surprising turn of events, Mr. Trump reemerged on X, previously known as Twitter, for the first time since January 2021. His post included both the address of his website and the aforementioned mugshot, accompanied by a message typed entirely in capital letters: “Election interference. Never surrender!”
At 7:55 p.m. on Thursday, the former president was released from the Fulton County Jail. This marked a significant moment as, for the first time during his four indictments on felony charges, authorities not only took his mug shot but also released it to the public.

In a strikingly swift response, by 9:22 p.m., the Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee had already launched a range of merchandise featuring Trump’s image and the slogan “never surrender.” These products included T-shirts, mugs, beverage coolers, bumper stickers, and more.
The pricing for the mug shot merchandise varies, with items like bumper stickers priced at $12, and long-sleeve T-shirts available for $36.
Several X users reacted to the surfaced pictures of Trump’s mugshot t-shirts, and merchandise. One user wrote, “Time to buy another Trump shirt! I love this guy! I thank God for giving him to the USA for our PRESIDENT & PROTECTOR!!!!!”
“and he’s already made his mug shot into shirts…and, instead of using that money for lawyers…he’s keeping it all for himself…Trump’s letting his MAGA Cult pay his lawyers…Cheat, Liar, Deadbeat, Womanizer, Pig!” another user tweeted.
