A white box truck was shot at 13 times from a red pickup truck at 7 a.m. in the area of Carmen Avenue and 69th Street. The incident was recorded by a doorbell camera, which showed the victim opening the door of the moving vehicle and falling out. The box truck continues moving and eventually crashes into a parked car. Following the gunshots, the red pickup truck reversed and fled from the scene.

After the gunshots, a neighbor, Robert Brox, rushed out of his house wearing a bathrobe to help the injured man lying on the ground.
