Jack Dorsey, the co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, Inc., announced his support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for US Presidential elections on Sunday.

Dorsey said that Robert F Kennedy Jr, a Democrat, has the ability to defeat not only Donald Trump and Governor Ron DeSantis, but also President Joe Biden in the political arena.

He also shared a  released video clip in a tweet, where Kennedy was seen talking to a reporter. The video reportedly depicted RFK Jr.’s thoughts on his potential ability to defeat both Donald Trump and Governor Ron DeSantis in the 2024 presidential election. Dorsey shared the clip with a tweet, where he wrote, “He can and will”. He also replied to several Twitter users on the tweet who replied to the clip.

One user reply to the clip asked, “Are you endorsing or just predicting?”

Dorsey replied to the tweet by saying, “Both”.

Despite criticism, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. revealed during the interview shared by Jack Dorsey that his internal polling suggested that he would perform better against both Republican contenders, Donald Trump and Governor Ron DeSantis, than President Joe Biden. Based on his own polling data, the Democrat believes he has a better chance of winning a hypothetical matchup versus the Republican candidates.

Following his declaration, Elon Musk, the current CEO of Twitter, invited Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to attend in a Twitter Spaces event centered on his presidential candidature. Previously, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was also invited to the Twitter Spaces, when he announced his nomination for the US Presidential elections. The next event will provide Kennedy with a chance to talk about his candidature and interact with the public.
