Rudy Giuliani used the homophonic slur for actor Matt Damon according to a shocking audio transcript that his ex-assistant filed in court as part of a lawsuit. The 79-year-old former mayor of New York City is charged with forcing 44-year-old Noelle Dunphy into sexual activity while she was employed by him between 2019 and 2021 and with owing her about $2 million in unpaid pay.

Giuliani is heard discussing which Hollywood stars are allegedly Republicans in audio recordings presented in court. ‘Ain’t too many. Brad — not Brad Pitt,’ Giuliani said. ‘The other guy that looks like him.’ ‘No, Matt Damon is very liberal… Matt Damon is a f**,” Giuliani is heard saying in the audio.

Ironically, Damon angered people in 2021 when he acknowledged using the slur up until then. After Damon used the phrase as a “joke” at the dinner table, his daughter allegedly wrote him a lengthy essay explaining how the word is “dangerous” and homophobic.

Dunphy purportedly described explicit transcripts of recordings of his allegedly unwanted approaches, including the filthy phrase “Your t*ts belong to me,” in court documents. The allegations have been refuted by Donald Trump’s former fixer, who claims the lawsuit is full of exaggerations and lewd information “to create a media frenzy.”0

Another transcript with the year 2019 just quotes Giuliani as making assumptions about “natural selection” and how it might affect the size of male genitalia. ‘Jewish men have small c**ks because they can’t use them after they get married. Whereas the Italian men use them all their lives so they get bigger,’ he allegedly said.

As Trump’s personal attorney, Giuliani previously acknowledged in court documents that he had a consensual relationship with Dunphy “for a few months” in 2019 but denied she ever did so or that he ever forced her into sex. Additionally, according to Dunphy’s lawsuit, Giuliani “drank morning, noon, and night” and “took Viagra constantly.” Dunphy claims that Guiliani coerced her into having oral sex with him while he spoke with Donald Trump on the phone.
