CMS Info Systems Ltd, one of the country’s biggest cash management firms, will go public on December 21. The issue will remain open for subscription until Thursday, December 23.

CE Info Systems (MapmyIndia)

The company will make its debut on the bourses on December 21. The final issue price is Rs 1,033 per share.

RailTel Corporation of India 

The company has received a work order from Defence R & D Organisation for expansion and enhancement of CIAG network capacity at a total cost of Rs 68.31 crore. The entire work is to be completed in a period of seven months.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) 

The company has been ranked among the top three service providers in the HFS OneOffice Services Top 10 for Data and Decisions. The report ranked TCS number two in Scale, Growth, and Overall Execution.

Adani Enterprises 

The company received a Letter of Awards (LoAs) from Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for three Greenfield Ganga Expressway Projects – Group II, Ill, and IV from Badaun to Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh on a DBFOT (toll) basis.

Rolex Rings 

The company has entered into the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Gujarat for the development of Textile & Apparel Park, IT Park, and Toy Park at Gondal district.

Mahindra Group 

The group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra government for setting up multiple vehicle-scrapping units in the state.

KPI Global Infrastructure 

The company has received confirmation of the order for executing a solar power project of 2.50 MWdc capacity under the ‘Captive Power Producer (CPP)’ segment.

Wipro

The company will acquire Texas-headquartered Edgile to strengthen its leadership in strategic cybersecurity services.

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) 

The company has raised the prices of a few products by seven to 10 percent on December 20. Just a month back, on November 25, prices of select items including soaps and detergents were hiked by HUL citing a surge in input costs.

Jubilant Ingrevia 

The company has raised Rs 100 crore through Commercial Papers (‘CPs’) on December 17, 2021. The date of maturity of said Commercial Papers will be February 1, 2022. The tenure of the instrument is for 46 days. The company has issued Commercial Papers at 3.85% per annum.
