Three men have been charged with the killing of 49-year-old Franck Vinson. While one suspect has been arrested, two others remain at large. Vinson was shot outside of his house at 2706 E Fifth Avenue on November 23 following what investigators believe was an attempted robbery, according to the Knoxville Police Department. Vinson was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound. There were reports of multiple people running away from the scene after the shooting.

KPD Violent Crimes Unit investigators received warrants charging Damante Golden, Dashawn Johnson, and Lawrence Stenson with felony murder.

Who are Damante Golden, Dashawn Johnson, and Lawrence Stenson?

Golden was arrested on November 26 by Community Engagement Response Team officers for an outstanding, related warrant according to Knoxville Police Department. The 29-year-old from Knoxville remains under police custody.

Lawrence Stenson is 39 years old and Dashawn Johnson is 29 years old. Both are from Knoxville. The whereabouts of Johnson and Stenson are unknown. Stenson and Johnson were shot during the incident and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police has asked anyone with information about their
locations to contact East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers. They should be
considered armed and dangerous, KPS said in a statement.
