According to a statement from Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early’s office, Aaron Pennington, 33, is presently being searched about the untimely death of his wife, 30-year-old Breanne Pennington.
According to a recent criminal complaint application, turned in on Sunday, Aaron Pennington was found to be in illegal possession of a handgun without the necessary carry permit.

The document states that on Sunday morning at approximately 9:14 a.m., the couple’s four children went to a neighbor for assistance.
According to a trooper’s application, “the four children came to her house, frightened because they couldn’t find their father and their mother was in her bedroom in tears.” “It was known that the four kids lived at 42 Cherry Street in Gardner with their parents. The kids also mentioned that their father’s car was out of the house’s driveway.”

Upon arrival, officers found Breanne Pennington in an upstairs bedroom with what appeared to be a facial gunshot wound. The report also states that while no weapons were discovered in the house, three shot casings were discovered in the bedroom.
