Cameron Everett Brand was identified by the police as the suspect in the Bay St. Louis, Mississippi house party shooting that killed two and injured four. Police Chief Toby Schwartz said Sunday morning that Brand has been arrested and the injured are in the hospital, and in a stable condition. The victims are all teenagers.

Who is Cameron Everett Brand? 

Cameron Everett Brand is the 19-year-old suspect in the shooting. Brand was apprehended at his residence in Pass Christian and is currently detained at the Hancock County jail. Municipal Court Judge Stephen Maggio set his bond to zero.

According to Yahoo News, the Bay St. Louis police officers responded to the home located in the 100 block of Old Blue Meadow Road at 12:34 am. They found multiple people with gunshot wounds and transported them to nearby hospitals in personal vehicles.

The report further notes that the victims were all students of Hancock High and Bay High schools. They are between the ages 15 and 18.

While the police managed to take everyone to hospitals as soon as they could, two could not survive in spite of treatment at University Medical Center in New Orleans. According to Schwartz and Hancock County Coroner Jeff Hair, they died on Sunday morning. They were 16 and 18 years old.

The identities of the victims were not revealed by the police.
