Ethan Kyle Myers, a 26-year-old man, has been arrested on charges of murdering a woman and dismembering parts of her body in Joaquin, Texas. Allen Price and Teresa Louviere, Myers’ accomplices, have also been detained by the police. Price and Louviere were the ones who had initially informed the police to check on the victim, Sarah Hopson.

Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reported that Hopson, 36, was found murdered in her mobile home when authorities visited her for a welfare check. 

Who is Ethan Kyle Myers?

Ethan Kyle Myers is a 26-year-old man who has been arrested on suspicion of killing a woman called Sarah Hopson. His alleged accomplices in the murder, Allen Price and Teresa Louviere, told the police that Myers was involved in Satanic “cult activity”.

Myers has been charged with murder and evading arrest. His mother also told the police that Myers was “Satanic” and that he had killed Hopson as a “human sacrifice”. She also revealed to law enforcement authorities that her son had been on the run in order to avoid arrest. Myers reportedly told his mother that it was Hopson who had asked him to kill her as a sacrifice. The Myers family live in Joaquin, Texas.

A number of washing rags, cleaning product containers, and a pair of jeans with Myers’ ID in a pocket have been recovered from the victim’s home. Police have also found traces of blood in Hopson’s mobile home.

A search of Myers’ car has helped the police discover a number of crucial pieces of evidence connecting him with the case, including gasoline, several large plastic bags, and a large rock that was probably used to kill Hopson.

Myers is currently under custody at the Shelby County jail. His bond has been set at $1.25 million.
