A Holyoke resident Kermith Alvarez, 28, has been named as the third person being sought in relation to last week’s shooting.
On October 4, a pregnant woman in Holyoke suffered injuries and tragically lost her unborn child as a result of this incident. Alvarez is the sole suspect who is still at large as of right now; the other two are in arrest.

Who is Kermith Alvarez?
Kermith Alvarez is 28 years old. He is a resident of Holyoke. Regarding the event, Kermith Alvarez is also charged with murder. At present, he is the sole suspect who is not under arrest.
He is on the Most Wanted list of the Massachusetts State Police. Alvarez is said to be about five feet, six inches tall, and 230 pounds in weight. According to police records, he has brown eyes and black hair. He has also been known to go by the name Kermith Vargas.

The Hampden District Attorney released a statement on Wednesday that included a warning: “Alvarez is actively avoiding law enforcement, the firearm used in this incident has not been recovered, and he should be considered armed and dangerous.”
Around 12:30 p.m., three males were fighting on Sargeant Street in Holyoke when the event happened. There were gunshots, one of which unintentionally hit a pregnant lady on a neighboring bus. Her kid was delivered, sadly, but he did not live.
Following the incident, Holyoke residents Alejandro Ramos, 22, and Johnluis Sanchez, 30, were detained and are currently being prosecuted on a number of counts, including murder.

Holyoke resident Johnluis Sanchez, 30, was arraigned by Zoom in Holyoke Court on October 6th, over his alleged involvement in the October 4th incident. Due to an ongoing guns case in Holyoke District Court, his bail was revoked, and he was held without bail on a murder accusation stemming from this incident.
Alejandro Ramos, 22, was treated for a hand injury at the hospital and was released. On October 5, he was charged with murder in Holyoke Court.
