Miles Joseph Fridrich, a 24-year-old resident of Conroe, Texas, has been charged with first-degree murder after allegedly stabbing Dr. Talet Jehan Khan to death.

A peaceful afternoon at a Conroe apartment complex turned tragic when a woman was fatally stabbed while seated at a picnic table. The victim, 52-year-old Dr. Talet Jehan Khan, was killed in a senseless act of violence that has shocked the community.

The suspect, 24-year-old Miles Joseph Fridrich, was quickly identified by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. In connection with this horrible crime, he is now facing first-degree murder charges and has been placed into the Montgomery County Jail. His bond is set at $500,000.

According to the witness, Dr. Khan was seated at the picnic table, talking on the phone with her dog close. It was in this peaceful setting that Fridrich started the fatal attack, seemingly appearing out of nowhere.

Fridrich fled the area after the incident. However, thanks to the police’s quick response and the collaboration of witnesses, a perimeter was constructed, resulting in his arrest a short distance away on Johnson-Martin Rd.
