Unsettling photos of a Florida teen suspected of killing his ex-girlfriend and her mother before attempting to slice his own throat have been made public.

In an alleged frantic attack earlier this month at a restaurant in Ponte Vedra Beach, close to Jacksonville, Spencer Pearson, 18, is accused of stabbing Madison Schemitz, 17, and her mother Jacki Roge.

During the incident, Pearson, a recent graduate and former football player, also stabbed Kennedy Armstrong, 23.

He then allegedly attempted suicide by “steadily” slicing his own throat.

Pearson was incarcerated in a St. John’s County jail on Friday after spending many weeks in the hospital, and he showed up in court on Saturday.

His disturbing mug shot shows bandages covering the stitch line across his neck.

The teen admitted his guilt in court while dressed in a blue prison uniform and with bandages still covering his neck.

According to her family, Schemitz, a rising senior and star softball player, sustained severe spinal cord damage as a result of the attack.

Less than a week before the stabbings, her mother apparently reported Pearson to the police.

According to Roge, Pearson had been following her daughter as she went to school, leaving notes on her car, and sending her messages through fictitious social media profiles. Pearson, a star football player in high school, had just received his diploma.

Schemitz met her mother, a friend, and another person on June 3 at Mr. Chubby’s Wings in Ponte Vedra Beach. The group took their seats and looked over to see Pearson seated at an adjacent table.

The mother and daughter made the decision to leave the restaurant since it was claimed that Pearson had been stalking and harassing Schemitz ever since the two broke up in April. The arrest warrant claims that Pearson ‘charged’ at the couple after following them to the parking lot. Kennedy Armstrong, 23, was made aware of the problem by the screaming of Schemitz and her mother.

Schemitz was stabbed at least 15 times by Pearson when she grasped her arm. Rogé received stab wounds to the forehead and leg. Armstrong, who had rushed to the scene to assist, was also cut, and an artery in his arm was severed. Pearson is being jailed without bond after being charged with two charges of attempted murder.
