Two accused are wanted in Arlington, Texas after a 36-year-old father of six was shot and killed on Tuesday morning, Valentines, as he was on his way back home from work.

Arlington homicide detectives released video footage of surveillance that showed two suspects and a person of interest tied to the killing of Ali Ismail.

“This is sad man, The man is hard-working guy. He had six kids. I don’t know what to tell, don’t know what to tell them. This is not right,” said his friend Mustafa Yasiin. She also confirmed that he was killed in front of his house. 

Two unidentified individuals were seen on surveillance cameras in the neighborhood prior to the shooting. “You don’t get a great look at the suspects’ faces, but it’s the best we have got right now,” said detectives.

Officers found Ismail shortly after 5 am in the 1400 block of Prentice Street. He was found with a gunshot wound inside his SUV. He was declared dead on the spot.

Detectives have questioned neighbors and gone door-to-door in hunt of any surveillance footage from the crime spot that could serve them a lead to the suspects.

“We’re going to closely patrol the neighborhood, but again, we still are residents to be vigilant. And if you see anything out of the ordinary, don’t approach anyone, just call us with a good description,” said Officer Courtney White, according to FOX4 Dallas-Fort Worth.

Ismail shifted from Wisconsin to the Dallas area in 2008. He owned a trucking company named Panda Logistics, the station previously reported. 

Ismail had six children. The oldest child is 13 and he was expecting a seventh with his wife. No arrests have been made yet and the investigation is under process.
