YouTube
suspended the channel run by Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) on its platform
on Friday, a day before former President Donald Trump’s rally in Sarasota,
Florida.

Moreover, three
of the channel’s videos were also deleted by YouTube specifically due to the
remarks made by Trump in those clips, reports TheWrap.

Speaking at the Florida rally, Trump thanked RSBN for “their long-time coverage”.

Founded by Joe
Seals in 2015, RSBN is a conservative media company best known for live
streaming rallies, townhalls and public appearances of Donald Trump.

According to a
blog post on RSBN’s website on Friday, “YouTube has suspended RSBN from live
streaming and posting content to their YouTube channel on the eve of President
Donald Trump’s Save America rally in Sarasota, Florida.”

“YouTube has
also deleted all of RSBN’s coverage of Trump’s June 26 rally in Wellington,
Ohio, along with his June 5 speech to the North Carolina GOP convention,” read
the blog post.

RSBN said that
the suspension will last seven days. The three removed videos “had amassed
millions of views…”, RSBN tweeted on Friday, along with screenshots of the
notifications from YouTube of the suspension and a ‘strike’ against the network
till September 30.

Despite the
suspension of its YouTube channel, RSBN says that it plans to broadcast
coverage of Trump’s Saturday rally via their app, Twitter, Facebook and Rumble.
The rally begins at 8pm ET tonight.

Rumble was in
the news recently when Donald Trump joined the video platform. Launched in
2013, the platform has become popular with US conservatives.

According to a
tweet by Rumble at 5:29pm ET, RSBN network was “moments away from breaking all
Rumble live-streaming records for the single largest stream by a single creator”.

The tweet
continued, “We get the feeling this record will be broken a few times tonight
by a few different creators.”
