A strange-looking creature known as “Frankenstein’s fish” has been captured by a Russian fisherman.
Roman Fedortsov, a fisherman working on a trawler in Murmansk in Russia’s northwest region, recently shared a photo of a spooky-looking capture with sweeping fins, a long thresher-like tail, and a haunting eye.
Strange patterns on the deep-sea fish gave it the appearance of being sewed together.

Many internet users thought it looked like a cartoon, while others thought it was a ghost chimaera.
