In Research Breakthrough encounters, you’ll run across Ditto from Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. to Friday, October 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT 7). If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny Ditto for the first time outside of Special Research! During and after this time, you may also discover a Shiny Ditto in the wild.

Ditto is a  Normal-type Pokemon with a max CP of 940 and 134 stamina in Pokemon GO. It was originally found in the Kanto region (Gen 1). Ditto is vulnerable to Fighting-type moves. Ditto is boosted by Partly Cloudy weather. Ditto’s best moves are Transform and Struggle

Bundles of 1 PokeCoin every other week:

In raids, featured Pokemon:

This month, five-star raids will include the following Pokémon:

  • From Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. till Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time, Lugia with the attack Aeroblast will appear in five-star raids.
  • There will be five-star raids from Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time to Friday, October 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time for Uxie (Asia-Pacific), Mesprit (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India), and Azelf (the Americas and Greenland). It’s the first time in the history of Pokémon GO that you may find a Shiny one.

There will also be a number of mega-evolved Pokemon appearing in Mega Raids, including:

  • Mega Slowbro will be able to emerge in Mega Raids from September 1 to September 14 of 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
  • Mega Houndoom will emerge in Mega Raids from Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time until Friday, October 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
