Australian footballer Aziz Behich and Argentinian star Lionel Messi entered into an alternation just 10 minutes before the knockout match between Argentina and Australia was supposed to enter halftime. The incident was caught on camera and pictures of the heated exchange went viral on social media. Both players can be seen pushing each other out of the way and tugging at each other’s jerseys.

Who is Aziz Behich?

Aziz Eraltay Behich is an Australian footballer who plays as a left back and left winger for Scottish club Dundee United and the Australian National team. He was born on December 16, 1990, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. His jersey number is 16.

He made his professional debut in 2009 with the Melbourne Victory before moving to Melbourne City where he played for three seasons before joining the Turkish club.
