Three of the passengers on board a missing vessel are thought to be a British billionaire, a French submersible pilot, and the CEO of a company that offers crewed submersibles.

An organization that sends out boats for deep sea adventures, OceanGate adventures, revealed that one of their submersibles had vanished in the Atlantic Ocean after transporting tourists to see the Titanic wreck.

OceanGate Expeditions was founded by Stockton Rush in 2009. Rush is an entrepreneur and engineer with a background in deep-sea technology. He has a passion for ocean exploration and a desire to make the deep sea more accessible for scientific research and discovery.
