After a concert on Monday night, a Chicago man named Noah Enos went missing near a well-known music venue. His body was recovered from the Chicago River on Saturday morning, and his family was able to positively identify him.
Enos’s phone died an hour after he had been texting and Snapchatting friends at around 9 o’clock that evening, according to his relatives. Around 10 o’clock at night, his colleague went to the bathroom, but when he returned, he couldn’t find Noah.

The corpse was discovered, according to police, at 9:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Elston Avenue, next to the Salt Shed music and community center. On-site medical personnel declared the victim dead.
A close family member posted the news on Enos’ GoFundMe page. “Sadly, we have received the heartbreaking confirmation that Noah has passed away,” Kristen Zoller wrote. “The family is grateful for the many prayers, generous donations, and the outpouring of kindness and support you have shown during these exceptionally trying days. Please continue to keep Noah’s loved ones in your prayers.”

Noah Enos’s cause of death:
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office verified Noah Enos’ identification, but the cause of his death has not yet been established. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed to discover how Enos died.
About a year ago, Enos relocated to Chicago and began working in a restaurant. According to his family, he also contributed to a T-shirt company’s graphic design department.

On Facebook, Enos’ Uncle Chris Chapin wrote, “It is with great sadness to announce the death of my nephew Noah Enos. His body was found earlier today. For everyone who has reached out with kind thoughts and prayers, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.”
