Roseanne Barr, an American comedian, has drawn criticism for saying that six million Jews “should be killed.” In a podcast interview with controversial comedian Theo Von, the 70-year-old said that the Holocaust “never happened.” She then added that it should have occurred since “Jews cause all the problems in the world.”

Is Roseanne Barr Jewish?
Yes, Roseanne Bar does identify herself as Jewish. However, she has previously been slammed for her provocative opinions about Jews and Israel. She appeared on the cover of Heeb magazine in 2009 dressed as Adolf Hitler, pulling out of the oven biscuits that were shaped like humans.
Now, when talking to Von about how he couldn’t assume that the previous presidential election had been rigged without being banned from Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook, Barr drew a connection between that and the Holocaust.

“You can’t say that like, you know, the election,” Barr told Von, “was rigged or not rigged,” Von finished. “Right,” Barr responded. “That’s all a lie. The election was not rigged. 36 counties can give you 81 million votes. That’s a fact.”
“That’s the truth,” Barr said, as Von laughed. “And don’t you dare say anything against it. You’ll be off YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and all the other ones because we have, you know, there’s such a thing as the truth and facts and we have to stick to it.”

“And that is the truth,” Barr continued, “and nobody died in the Holocaust either.” Von, meanwhile, appeared to be attempting some damage control when he tweeted on Tuesday, “This Roseanne Barr clip was sarcasm folks. A clip taken out of a long sarcastic rant she had during our chat. Can we not recognize sarcasm anymore?”
It’s unclear if she genuinely thinks the Holocaust didn’t happen or if she was merely making a vile remark about what you are and aren’t permitted to say online.
