Universal Pictures never failed to impress fans and this time they have ‘Aquaman’ star Jason Momoa to play a key role in the upcoming Vin Diesel lead ‘Fast and Furious 10’ series.
According to reports, Momoa is in final negotiations to join the cast of what is being called ‘Fast and Furious 10’ as a working title.
Reports also suggest that the plot details are being muffled and the actor could be one of the film’s villains. Justin Lin, who returned to the franchise with ‘F9′ is back again to don the director’s hat and the film is being produced by Diesel and Lin. Other stars like Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, and Sung Kang are also returning for this 10th installment.

Charlize Theron, who appeared in the eighth and ninth series, is also expected to be seen in the 10th series.
Also according to reports, the team started to search for a new star as Dwayne Johnson refused to return for the 10th series despite Diesel’s plea for him to come back.
The script is still in progress and is unclear whether Momoa’s part is protagonist or antagonist. It is also unclear who all will be returning for this installment, which will start its shoot this spring. Universal Pictures currently has the movie set for a May 19, 2023, release.
