Drink plenty of water
It’s critical to stay hydrated. Pooja Makhija, a nutritionist, said in one of her Instagram videos, “Pre- and post-vaccination hydration is critical, according to all doctors. Those who are dehydrated may suffer more pain at the vaccination site.”

Avoid alcohol
You should avoid alcohol for a few days before and after your vaccination. If you’re a smoker, you should avoid that, as well.
Eat nutritious, home-cooked meals
Skip foods that are hard on your digestive system. Fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as home-cooked meals, should be part of your daily diet.

Batra also informed her followers, “If you are currently taking any medication or undergoing treatment, discuss with your doctor before you get the vaccination.”
