Actor Kartik Aaryan took to social media on Monday to say that he tested positive for COVID-19. He also asked his fans to pray for him. He walked the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai on Saturday and was joined by Kiara Advani.

The 30-year-old actor took to Twitter to share a picture of a first aid medical sign, writing, “I am positive. Pray for me.”

Kartik was also shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ with Advani and Tabu. He began shooting for his portions for the horror-comedy in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, earlier in March.

On Sunday, Mumbai reported 3,779 fresh COVID-19 cases, taking the overall tally to 3,62,675. The death toll mounted to 11,586.
