One would think that Ticketmaster would be on top of its game after the Taylor Swift Eras tour debacle last month to avoid upsetting any more fandoms. However, on Friday night for a sold-out event, hundreds of Bad Bunny fans were turned away from Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, a stadium with an 87,000-person capacity.

A few minutes before Bad Bunny hit the stage, pictures of the general-admission field of the stadium revealed it to be mostly empty. Fans said that the venue informed them that their tickets were invalid.
Even while everything went according to plan, many fans expressed disappointment at not being able to see Benito in person and expressed further worries about how Ticketmaster manages stadium-sized events globally, especially with one more concert still tonight.
