The rate of a 19-kg LPG cylinder has risen by Rs 250 to Rs 2,253 per unit. The price of a commercial liquefied petroleum gas cylinder has risen by Rs 346 in the previous two months. The cost of a domestic cooking gas cylinder, on the other hand, has not changed.

On March 1, a 19 kilogram LPG cylinder was available in Delhi for Rs 2,012, which was lowered to Rs 2,003 on March 22. However, as of today, it will cost Rs 2,253 in Delhi. In Kolkata, a 19-kg cylinder will cost Rs 2,351 instead of Rs 2,087, and in Mumbai, a 19-kg cooking gas cylinder will cost Rs 2,205 instead of Rs 1,955 beginning today. At the same time, instead of Rs 2,138, a consumer in Chennai will have to spend Rs 2,406 from today.

LPG prices vary by city and are revised on a regular basis. Any pricing modifications take effect on the first of each month.

Meanwhile, fuel prices remained steady today. Since March 22, prices have risen by Rs 6.40 per litre in nine rate revisions.

Meanwhile, aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices in the national capital have been raised by Rs 2,258.54 per kilolitre (kl), or 2%, to Rs 1,12,924.83 per kl, according to a price announcement by state-owned fuel retailers.

Every month, on the first and sixteenth of the month, jet fuel rates are changed depending on the average international price.

Since the beginning of 2022, ATF prices have risen every fortnight. ATF prices have risen by Rs 38,902.92 kl, or over 50%, in seven increases since January 1.
